This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and renewals work across our hosting, domain, email, and SMS services.<\/p><ol><li><strong> Service Cancellation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>You may cancel any hosting, email, or SMS service by submitting a request through your account dashboard or by writing to info@old.hipapa.in.<\/li><li>Cancellation requests are processed within 30 business days of receipt.<\/li><li>Once cancelled, your service and associated data will remain active only until the end of the current billing cycle, unless you request immediate termination.<\/li><li>We recommend downloading a full backup of your website, email, and files before requesting cancellation, as data cannot be recovered after account deletion.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Refund Eligibility<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>Shared &amp; WordPress Hosting:<\/strong> New customers may request a full refund within <strong>[7\/15] days<\/strong> of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service, provided the account has not violated our Terms &amp; Conditions or exceeded fair usage limits.<\/li><li><strong>VPS Hosting &amp; Dedicated Servers:<\/strong> Due to the dedicated resources allocated at setup, these plans are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once provisioned, unless the service was not delivered as described.<\/li><li><strong>Domain Registrations:<\/strong> Domain name purchases are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once the registration is processed with the registry, in line with ICANN and registry policies. This includes accidental purchases and misspelled domain names.<\/li><li><strong>Renewals:<\/strong> Refunds are not provided for renewal payments once a billing cycle has started, except where a service was cancelled and confirmed before the renewal date.<\/li><li><strong>Email &amp; SMS Services:<\/strong> Prepaid credits or bundles already consumed or dispatched are not refundable.
